I got general with trait to provide extra building slot. When general is moved from province, extra building slot is removed but selected structure in construction slot is not removed and most of structures will be canceled but some structures will be completed. Many 0 slot structures can be completed this way but communal larder is 0 slot but can not be completed this way. Only regions with filled buildings slots benefit from this.

This is maybe confusing but I tried my best to explain and I can upload images if needed.

It's the ability that does not work well with something that can move out of the region, we might revise it, as otherwise it will remain awkward. Thanks for your input!

I forgot to mention one more problem with that ability.
When you place general to manage some province and if he is leading army outside of that province extra building slot will not work.
In fog empires I did have ruler with infrastructure bonus and extra building slot that would apply to every region and that was my favourite ability.

Yes, it is still there in Kingdoms, but it should only be on a ruler. I have replaced the extra region slot with +20% Infrastructure bonus.
