The 48 hour special offer induced me to get the game.

However, at checkout, the discount code (which I copy and pasted) refuses to be applied. (When I click on the "apply" discount it remains greyed out) - so anybody else having this trouble?

Yes I had a similar problem. Discount code was recognised, yet the discount was not applied.
