Why does Brabant have the "french" culture?
If it was German I would be like okay no big deal it's in the HRE after all but french?
90% of the region is dutch speaking
I know this is just something small that most people don't care about but it really breaks my immersion a bit when I see my home region like that

Did Brabant change culture since then? Part of it is Dutch speaking now iirc.
Anyway Antwerp is also French which is more debatable.

Unfortunately Empires also had some similar issues (for example Etruscans and Sardes being lumped together with the other Italic cultures).
It's really hard to be historically accurate for 1500+ regions, especially for a relatively small team. I think it should be up to modders to figure this out honestly... We've seen modders come together and improve the historical accuracy of a lot of Total War games, why not try and do the same thing for FOG? This game is so much easier to mod compared to 99.9% of games out there...

It's ok, it's not too long to do (but is better if done in batch, so I'll open a thread about it) and the game is still young, so these things are expected. Please continue reporting
