Slitherine

In the Rhine scenario the UK can build as many Meteor jet fighters as they want. However I believe historically there were only 15 of them delivered in December 1944 and the UK limited their operation to ground attacks. At the end of the war the Comets had only destroyed 15 German aircraft all by ground attack.

I am wondering if the Meteor should be classified as a prototype unit in this scenario?
