Against All Odds

After spending more hours than is probably healthy on the two games I thought it about time I completed the Steam achievements for them. I have completed all for FoG2 and all bar the 'Against All Odds' for FoG2M.
'Routed mounted knights with peasants'
It sounds a fairly tricky one. Has anyone done this - intentionally or incidentally? If so, any suggestions for tactics or potential army lists? I'm thinking SP, rather than any type of MP set up. Cheers.

One realistic scenario is peasants used as meatshields to temporarily cover light foot xbows. Or to prevent Knights fallback by threatening lock up or fallback square body block. In both scenarious Knights can end up in Fragmented state in Peasants charge range. Mundain scenario is reserve Peasants joining 2 v 1 to break fragmented Knights, altho not sure if that would count towards the completion of said achievement.

Swamp them in rough terrain.
Shoot them to bits and then finish off with peasants.
Engage frontally with other knights and when they are almost gone have the peasants join in.

Maybe an army list with armed mob would help (Slave revolt...)

Thanks for the suggestions. Never thought of using Timewarp, I may give the Slave Revolt list a go.

If your sole purpose is only to get this achievement without challenge then go to the editor and create this scenario.
Play it.
