Bulge Update broke SCW DLC

With the update that came with "the bulge" u broke general selection for the SCW DLC.
While linking the general pictures to the Core nation of the player was a decend idea u forgot that the player uses "CL" for his core in SCW, resulting in only 2 shadow generics being available as general pictures for the DLC.
