I'm not sure what you mean? If its steam, just let PC2 install and it will also autodownload all DLC you have bought

If memory serves, you need to start with the latest "MultiSetup" file--the version in my hard drive is 01.01.10. Then you should install the latest "MultiUpdate": 01.10.03. On "My Page," both of these are under the vanilla PC2. From the available options, select, activate, and install whatever content you have purchased. If anything is missing, go to the corresponding "My Page" entry and download the relevant installer.

In "My Opinion"...
Nien-Nyiet-No-Non!... it's too much of a "Psychotic " "Alternate-Reality"... too much "Surreal Fantasizing"... too much impossible "Atomic Weapons Use"... no pre-history on how this invasion effort was even able to even take place at all!.
"For-Example"... The British and Hawaiian U.S.A. and Chinese forces would have to first be utterly defeated first before any "Go-Ahead" could possibly even be considered...as far as the effort to invading the U.S.A.!.
Perhap's those British-Hawaiian and Chinese Elephants in the room should have been dealt with first... before going "Ape-Crazy"... on Invading the U.S.A. .

There is no 1946 mod but there is an official 1946 DLC.

I enjoyed it. A far fetched invasion of the US has always been the culmination of the PG franchise; this DLC fleshes it out in campy style, complete with land battleships and as many nuclear weapons as you care to use. (For a greater challenge, I adopted a house rule of tit-for-tat only.) But if you seek counterfactual realism, you should probably look elsewhere.
