but I didn't quite understand the meaning.

I usually play many games with many other users at the same time because I really like this game.

I don't know if that's the problem or something else.

I also had difficulty using the game chat. Every time I tried to write a message I was no longer able to use troop commands other than movement, which is why I had to close the game several times and reload it.
Obviously I no longer used the game chat so as not to reload the same turn multiple times.

Re-downloading a turn is against the rules - it allows players to cheat. If you have issues with the messaging then please start a thread in the game forum and the team can take a look.
