Unable to complete hung tournament game

I have a game in the current medieval tournament which I have lost and every time I try and conclude it I get a message sayign the game could not be sent to the server This has been going on for two days, despite the other medieval game and the two ancients games sending fine and at least six attempts at various times to try and complete the game.

Can you please mail support@slitherine.co.uk with the game details, and with your external IP. This should allow the server team to take a look and see what is going on with your game. The forum isn't a good place to share IPs etc.

I emailed as requested straight away but have not had a reply. I tried to upload the game every day since and then today get a message saying I have been penalised points because I took too long and didn't cvcomplete enough turns. A kick in the teeth when the game was lost but the server would not let me upload the last turn despite more the nten attempts.

Unfortunately glitches do happen in computerised systems.

Do you know what your score would have been without the timed out penalty?

Doln't rememebr the score, and not that important. Wha tis more important is that today I got an email from support that just gave me a ticket number and nothign else. It takes three weeks for the support remail to respond!
