The OOB WWII Red Steel Operation Winterstorm has a programming error. The program does not recognize the victory conditions for Stop the German Relief Effort. The scenario cannot be completed. The campaign cannot be completed due to this obstacle to completing the scenario. In the Turn Overview, under Primary Objectives, when selecting "Stop the German Relief Effort" the ? selection for more information on objective awards, target units and/or locations, three red X are displayed on the map. These locations were overrun by Russian forces before the final turn. I also attempted to station units on the red Xs to maintain constant control of the spots. I made multiple attempts to achieve victory conditions with total failure each time due to the Stop the German Relief Effort victory flaw.
