Fixing bugged FOG2 Ancient Elo adjustments

Hi guys, we now have a fix for most (if possibly not all) anomalies in the FOG2 Ancient Elo adjustments after ranked games, and the new code is live on the PBEM server.
The winner's Elo score should go up, and the loser's Elo score should go down - whether the battle ends normally, or one player concedes.
Games "claimed for inaction" probably still won't be scored at all - we are still working on that.
We will be resetting all the current scores (which are erroneous) to 1000.
Please report any games that do not appear to have been Elo scored correctly going forward. (And give details of what sort of scenario, whether mirror, whether conceded, completed normally or "claimed".)
