"Hold 3 secondary objectives for two turns" won't trigger for victory, remains a question mark the whole scenario, then registers a defeat because its not checked at the end. Playing a campaign, and I really don't want to start all over again.

I have played multiple times, if I don't hold all three for the first two turns, automatic defeat, but if I hold for the first two turns it never checks off as passed. Probably been asked a million times in the forum, but I couldn't find an answer.

It's a primary objective. If you loose one of the three silver flag during the first two turn, you will have a defeat.
