grand campaign remake has several strategic heros if thats what u mean by heavy bomber.

there is no such trait in the game yet.
Those are the heros u can get during PC1 Grandcampaign remake.



Rudel is only with u during Fall weiß in his recon state. he leaves later and comes back in 1941 if u choose to go to the eastern front.

+4 to Naval Attack is the one. is there a cheat NewHero NavalAttack trait? how was that added? I'd like to add a couple for Narvik in SOE!

those heros are created via LUA-script, there is no cheat for them.

I've had some fun putting AerialTorpedo on the Stuka but I don't know if it does anymore damage than from directly above except it gives you 2 more shots with DA trait to try to knockout a Capital Ship
