Slitherine

My understanding is that initiative was limited 1 hero per unit in one of the early patches. Playing Allied Corps, I have had a unit receive a second initiative hero multiple times. I've always turned the second hero down because I'm afraid they won't stack due to the one hero per unit rule. Is Allied Corps exempt from that rule or am I remembering wrong?

You can have up to three initiative heroes.
The change was to limit them to +1 per hero rather than +1 to +3 except for special heroes like Oleh Dir.
