Hello there is a way to swap in single player from the instilla Side ? EG. in the Italian AOI I play as the Uk, buy I would like play as Italian.IS a way to change this ?

You need to edit the scenario; change relevant factions from human to AI or vice versa and script the AI-faction(s).

After you have edited the scenario, save it in the same folder as the original scenario.
Then you need to restart the scenario, you can do that in-game like this:

No, it's not possible in-game, it requires quite a bit of work with the game editor.
