sometimes (not always) when i start a battle, the game get back to desktop and a error window appear; it says "could not run the directshow graph! hr=0x887601c2". There is a window of a program called "active movie" too, but it does show nothing (black window).
if i click on ther legion arena icon it works ok, the battle begins... what it is happening?

It sounds like the DirectShow codec for the movies is failing sometimes, which is odd. You could try reinstalling DirectX, perhaps a newer version.
