As you know the next event is in Dec 17 and is 25mm, 1600 to 1650 in Europe.

When we all met yesterday we decided to try out an additional rule amendment at round 5; the idea being to make it more difficult for foot to dominate the flank sectors given that we are using a table rather too small for 25mm figures.

The rule will be:-

In order to enter the flank sector at all a CMT will be required. In order to take any actions other than those required by the rules while in the flank sector, even if only partly or too leave the sector, will require a CMT.

Any thoughts on that formulation?

As I don't normally play in the 25mm round, I have no strong views either way as I have no direct experience on which to base any input; but this does seem a logical possible solution to the challenge

Our last event for 2024 is two weeks tomorrow. So far we have army lists from Keith and Paul Mace (new member) and me. So that everyone knows I shall be using Scots Royalist.

All lists to me as soon as possible now please.
