Drawn out of tournament because of tech issue

So I in my second round of the current FoG2 tournament, I run into a tech issue, everytime I tried uploading my first turn in one of the matches, it would get stuck and couldn't upload it. I informed my opponent, I notified support, provided them with the information they asked and waited without further news.
The round ended, I obviously was scored 0 for that match and my opponent 75. which I understood maybe it was an issue that couldn't be fixed at the time with the round on-going.
However I didn't expect to be drawn out of the tournament for not completing the minimum amount of turns

I am sorry to hear this. The tournament system, including the draw, is fully automated and there is no facility to adjust it.
I can only apologise on behalf of Slitherine for this issue.
I will ask if there is any way you can be given a BYE for the offending game in the last round, and this round, and reinstated in the draw for the next round.

We have fixed your score as best we can. You have been given 75 for a BYE in the game that you could not play, and 150 for a BYE for the new round. You should be in the draw for the next round.
Sorry you missed getting a game this round.

Thanks a lot, Richard, I really appreciate it. I would've been just fine with continuing without any score fixing, as I understand tech issues happen and Im more interested on the challenges of actually facing other players than in the final score, but my extra thanks for that as well. Really happy to see this kind of caring for the players.
