Endsieg. Novgorod A.I. turns not ending.

I've deleted the game and reinstalled it.
Rebuild database and cleared cache.
No matter what? I'm stuck on turn 4.
Seems like it was getting worse each new battle in Emdsieg up to this point.
I can't advance now at all.
The turn will not end.
