It depends on what operating system you are using.
In Windows 11 do:
Windows Shift S
Highlight the area of the screen you want
It will be automatically saved in the Pictures\Screenshots folder.

Under Windows 10 you had to save it yourself.

Then when you make your post include an attachment.
