Removed Storm Over Europe and DLCs Crash

I am using build 1.08 1946 closed beta. I have not had access to my own equipment for some items such as artillery and no transport for newly purchased infantry. I read where Storm Over Europe could be causing some of those issues so I unsubscribed. Since then, none of the DLCs will load. Help.....
