Exception access violation

Hi everyone !
Just enjoying the game in solo until I got a crash at random, wich replicate every time at try to end the turn.
I've just an audio mod, desactivating it result in the same error.
I've search on web, apparently the error was common with the vulkan related patch for the driver of the gpu, but that was years ago. My Nvidia driver is up to date (RTX 2070) on Windows 10.
Ive attached the logs, the save file and the exact error code.
Hope someone can figure it out.
