Hello,

I'm playing in the Carthago Tournament and found a bug that is preventing me from uploading my turn. While seeing my opponent turn (16% of the review) the turn ends with the message that my army lost heart. The turn finishes but there's a timeout message when the file tries to upload.

Please advise.

Is the game in "My Turns" or "Completed Games" ?

If it is in My Turns, then it seems likely the file is corrupted. Our only recourse would be to roll back the turn to the start of your opponent's previous turn. Judging by the score on the score page, rolling back might disadvantage your opponent. We could not do it without his permission. Can you PM him and ask him to post his wishes here?

Also, rolling back won't happen over the weekend, so the earliest it could happen would be probably late Monday morning (GMT), with the round ending on Tuesday morning.

Yes, the turn is in the 'my turns' folder.

Jtrillodmp is aware of the situation and I told him I would post here, so he'll reply here what he wants to do.
