Which mods?

Are there any popular mods for this like TT Mod for FOGII?
I'm just starting out with both and still trying to get the hang of things.
Also, like some other grand strategy games, is there some mod that enlarge the civilisation name to fit the maximum size of it's territory? i.e. the more land you have, the bigger is your country's name on the map
