I notice I can move and turn the camera, but I cannot use WASD during enemy turn. Is there a way to allow it?

You can drag the map by holding down the left mouse button and moving the mouse.

Why oh why would they disable WASD then during enemy's turn?!?!

The pull scrolling working is an oversight, but one which people seem to enjoy. Disabling it during the enemy turn is WAD - it's too easy to swing the camera away from things that are happening during the enemy turn.
