I have a game that has been going on and off for months, my opponent taking long pauses between moves and now seemingly have given up. I am unable to dispose of this as an abandoned game as every time I try I am told that I am not in the game! Can you advise how I can scrub this game?

It will eventually fall off on its own. I know we have had issues with claiming games in PBEM3. If you really need it claimed quickly, your best bet is to reach out to support.

Thanks for your quick reply, I will wait and see, and if nothing happens I will get onto support.

It should get deleted automatically if it has not been played for 1 month the next time the cleanup task is run. (Not sure of the frequency of that, but is is automated).
