A list of Quality of Life improvements, including:

Management of memory for assets: As we and modders add more assets, memory demands increase.
Quick Load/Save option
Increased distance between towns to reduce city spam



Favorites in the spellbook and a repeat spell button

Display of current game settings available for viewing in-game
Hero recruitment: When recruiting a hero via a spell or trader, you will now have a choice between two random heroes.

Through the Myrror content update: The Wizard Trait 'I Need a Hero!' will now provide an additional hero choice when recruiting.

We are very sorry about this oversight. On Steam you can roll back to the prior version via a beta branch. If you have a Slitherine version you would need to uninstall and reinstall the prior version to be able to continue.

We are going to ensure that this doesn't happen in the future.

I just played a game after this update. I want 85 turns *and most of those turns I had over 150 gold) and the game didn't give me a starting hero. This seems like a serious glitch.
