I've been playing this game for years. A few days ago, the force window began to stay open at the outset of a new turn, in spite of my closing it each previous turn. How can I fix this?

I think this is by design as some players (like myself) like to go through ie all air units at the beginning of a turn.
It should be a selectable button in the Options for the rest of you
