Update v1.07.02 not working

Hello, I have bought new 1945 DLC and it needs Panzer Corps to be updated to v1.07.02. I have downloaded the installation file for v1.07.02, but when I try to install it starts and then it stops when "Checking file conditions" (I have attached a screen shot). After that step, the installation process simply disappear. I have already tried to make it work without firewall and anti-virus, but nothing changed. Could you please help me? Thanks.
