Slitherine

I have the army list generator which says v2-5. However, I cannot change the order of march as it says the form is protected. When trying to unprotect it asks for a password. Does anyone know the password or is there a workaround or an updated army list generator. I have looked online but cannot find one.
Also, I cannot put anything in the terrain types fields. Any info on why not.
