has the deployment been changed? I can't deploy my paratroopers in their air transports and only 4-6 units of Tanks, artillery, etc? help?

Paratroopers have to have no transport and be deployed adjacent to an airfield to be deployed in air transport.

u cannot deploy paras over water. has been reported several times alrdy but hasn´t been fixed yet.

u are supposed to grab a supply hex with ur small force and then bring in the rest of ur troops through that deploy hex.

Are you talking about the bridgehead in the north or you base start? Iirc you can place up to 9-10 ground units in the south plus some seatransporter.

I never let some of my units spawn in the north. Does this really work? That could explain why I always struggle hard to keep the bf-110 alive

There is no deployment zone in the north I think? Unless you mean deploying after capturing the supply hex at Fornebu airfield. You can fly in a few units by air to help defend the grounded aircraft at turn 3.

What you say is the way I always played this map.

there is 2 "norway-start" maps in the base game depending what u choose. u are mixing those up with each other.
pretty sure he´s talking about this one.

if i missunderstood and ur talking about this one...

... u cannot deploy paras in their airtransport above water. been a bug since game release and reported several times.

other than that u have 72 slots to deploy units. should be way more than 4-6, unless u have max overstr on evrything.
