I'll resign one game and you the other?

Shards can then see what that does to the scores?

Now, you should not be able to resign tournament games.... If you can find a way, please report it :-)

I was able to remove from the challenge list my round 1 games yesterday just by ending the turn.

Ahh, yes. There is no option for that. so immaterial.

Would make no difference as not sure why but Pupski is ignoring me. No response to every in game message. He beat me last test game so not sure how I upset him :(.

Hi, can't remember seeing any messages in these games but I'll check on that next turn. Will answer and/or let you know if they work. I have the habit of answering normally.

The messages seem to be showing for only 1 player for some reason

Found the messages, they probably showed up normally. We have a bit of a heatwave here and heat, ADHD and alcohol combined sometimes makes me forget stuff, my apologies :-)

Not sure if they popped up normally, maybe 1 or 2 but there were 5 messages in a game and I know I sometimes forget one but never five. Still not fully sure. Will keep a good eye on things. In other, non tournament games, I never encountered this issue, I am very chatty if you let me.

Not sure why I didn't see the messages. So I understand that resigning tournament games is not an option right?
I am not upset, no worries :-) . I always play for the fun of it but I wonder if I would play better or worse If I really tried hard going for the win. I always make little mistakes like last turn trying to land with a supply ship, hope you didn't notice that. Something with my glasses, hand or concentration... 3 more turns I think.

lol, no, missed that. Easily done, like sending my aircraft to the wrong hex... ho-hum.

I tried loading one of the games 4 or 5 times to test if cheating is detected by the server. Not to get a better score or to just be able to destroy a bridge, which I did after a couple of tries.

was that the point you stopped testing ?

Good games both of them and very evenly matched I thought.
Odd how the ending narrative in the pop-up box was completely at odds with the score, I lose one bridge as Brits, get victory but lose on score.

As Japanese I took 1 bridge, got a loss but won on the score.

Once more messages were hit and miss. Every now and then the entire message chat would pop up again to scroll through. Seems to be related to 'all' or named recipient I think.

Your last message repeated (or popped up) 3 times, so 2 more times than it should. About the badly build bridge :-)
I wanted to answer that I got it after 3 times but it was just the old message. Maybe there should be an acknowledged button or something? No, a bit too much. Nice games, thanks again!

Accidentality the last time I "tested" I was able to destroy the bridge, such a coincidence.
But it is important to know if this cheating is detected of course.
In this specific case it could make a big difference in tournament scoring.
(and in saving my ego :-) )
