GoT: how to get pelegasian nobles

Hi guys,
I have been playing Gates of Troy and i think i’ve found a bug :
Let’s play the Greece 1300 BC- Pre-history map, if you play any of the nation which posses the pelasgian ethnicity, then you should be able to recruit the pelegasian nobles
I’ve been trying to any of them, for exemple cretans, but all of them are stucked with pelegasians spearsmans which are really no match with pelegasian nobles, I've been looking for each capital to see if there's one with pelegasian nobles as garnison units, but the pelegasian's spearsmans are the only one to be fond.
If you could help me and lead me to a way of recruiting them i would be happy,
