End screen issue checking objectives / commanders issue

At the end screen of a game, Leros in this example, the result is shown in two overlays. One with an explaining text and one with the objectives. Because we were testing and discussing this scenario I wanted to check the victory points and locations. After checking one the overlay is over layed by the other overlay and further checking or examining is impossible. It would be nice if this didn't happen and you could review the results.
Another issue I have is that when there are many commanders to choose from but a lot are imprisoned or in hospital you can only choose one of the first five. Sometimes the/a still usable commander is in the sixth spot or lower and is unreachable and unusable. Or am I missing a command key that could scroll through the list. It happens only in specific scenarios but it can be annoying if some can not be placed and others can not be reached. Please let me know when I am missing a function that would make this possible, never to old to learn.

Re the commanders. I think the available commanders are dependant on your screen resolution...
I have asked earlier that commanders should be deployable in minimized version.
Or at least that the wounded/imprisoned commanders are pushed to the bottom of the list.

Another smaller thing is that you have to attach the commander in sort of an order now from what's available on screen. With so many commanders and maybe my favourite pilot is at the end of the list, with only two planes, it is almost impossible to place or even to read what his or her hacks are. It is very specific for this scenario but I also had this issue in a big Finland versus Russia scenario. I tried the arrow down button to no avail. But this is a game issue, not a scenario issue.

A sort of work-around is to assign the top commanders until you have access to the one you really want.
Then remove the previous commanders and get a clean slate.

I did that but those commanders get a round of relocation time, which isn't a big deal in this situation. But when they are all pilots and only one of the two British planes can take a pilot commander it can become an 'challenge'.

I echo the commander problem, it's been a pain for a long time.
A scroll or list would be great, but failing that, how about aligning them horizontally instead of vertically to gain more real estate?

As far as I can tell this commander issue is still around in v10 in 2023. Even using 4K, I only see 5 commanders I can assign. I can shrink them to see a huge list, but they are not assignable when shrunk. Once you have 5 wounded/jailed you can not assign any commanders. It can't be that hard to make them accessible. smaller pictures, shuffle, sort by type (pilot/captain/ground commander/nationality)

Sadly no help. It's that way for all and looks like they will never fix it. Perhaps mods have too many commanders? After all they were not all at he same time nor in the same theatre of operations. But they add colour so hey-ho.
