Slitherine

I cannot deploy any reserves after I have captured a supply hex. I have plenty of space (usually because of several unit losses already). I move units from reserve into the undeployed column but then they will not deploy. Supply hex does not light up. I was able to deploy aircraft. Is this a flaw in my game?
