Hello, is there any topic that explains how can we edit the efx.pzdat file at Panzer Corps\Graphic folder?

I have been trying with Panzer Corps Editor 0.9 of Mark Garnett and it doesn't function properly because the sounds of german army disappear.

this editor saves FormatVersion 1, you have to change first line to FormatVersion 2 with a simple texteditor.
