I'am new to modding, and i would like some tips on tech modification,

I noticed that there was already in the game some requirment like tech A need tech B OR tech C,

and i would like to know if it was possible to get something like, tech A need tech B AND tech C

Is it something possible here ?

I didn't find a way to edit my post, so i post a reply,

If my previous question is impossible, is there a way to edit the number of tech need to advance tech tier ? like 2 => 4-5 ?
