Hi,
A is a BG of LH
B a BG of LF
C a BG of HCH
During A turn , A want to charge B . B decide to evade. Can C declare an interception charge ? A pass throught the ZOI of C during the pursuit segment only if B didn't evade.

No, interception moves are made before evades. They cannot be dependant on the movement of any other troops.

BUT the rule say that you can intercept if the charge path cross the ZOI . There is no reference with the target of the charge must be static.
then : you declare charge, you move intercepting BG , move evaders whith VMD, then move charger with VMD. But what happen if the charging BG make a short VMD and can't reach the intercpeting BG?

Check the sequence of play.
Interceptions happen before evades.
Until the evaders evade the path of the charge does not extend beyond the evaders.

But the charge path does not cross the ZOI until the evade has happened. So the interception cannot happen.

This is one reasons the rules are structured so it cannot happen

Until the evaders evade the path of the charge does not extend beyond the evaders.

Correct. The order is very deliberate.
