Are any of these games still in your game list, or have they already been removed?
My guess is that they're gone and only in mine.

I'm just chasing down an issue where it seems like the wrong player is being set as "on turn" for some maps when the other player either wins/runs out of turns/resigns

I have two of those as well waiting for the claim button in 2 weeks I presume

All of them are gone from my list

For me it is the same, for each paired game one of them stays in the basket without being finished for me. Without me being able to see the result or get the ranked score (I suppose). That's a bug

All stuck games in the last turn resolved themself and gave the right end result after the 9.3.2 update.

Not sure if these stuck games that ended are reflected in the ranked scoring list. Or they evened out to exactly the same number. Not a big issue I think.

I think the ranked score went through successfully previously, but the game ending didn't. So I don't think there'll be any ranking update from viewing the last turn here.

Is the ranking available to see anywhere?
