I've shot down 5/3 tramsports.
Destroyed 8/5 German Armored.
Destroyed 23/12 defenses at Chi River.
Held 8/8 objectives.
Did not attack Gumrack perimeter once.

Germans in pocket are still being able to get elite squad reinforcements.

I've captured every airport out of the pocket.
The Soviet A.I. hold the airport in the pocket.
I control every city too.
No way the Germans are getting reinforcements in.

I fail the mission over and over again.
7th time redoing this.
It's broken. Please Fix this.

Hi -- sorry to hear about it, but I replayed this scn on PC now and it finished fine.

Could you give me a few more details:

Are you playing on PC, or another platform/system, like console?

Is there any specific objective marked as failed in your game, or does the battle just end in defeat after the last turn?

Pls. also note:

- in case you achieve objectives very fast, for example in lower difficulty levels, there's a miminum amount of turns before any "early victory" can kick in (earliest is turn 14).

If you are on console there is no way to check things, so any detail would help.

Just in case - the Gumrak perimeter is almost the whole pocket. Don't go inside the area marked by arrows. Your allied AI guys (orange side) can go there, but not your own units (green side).
