Slitherine

I defeated Sharee from her last city, but instead of saying she was defeated, I got the "enemy has been banished" message and it showed her as casting the Spell of Return. Then 2 turns later it tells me she has been defeated by me.
Anyone know why the delay?

There is a 10 turn delay after a wizard has been banished allowing them to come back if they can capture a town in that time frame. What likely happened here is what ever was left of Sharee's forces were wiped out before those 10 turns thus hastening her total defeat.

Ok, that makes sense. Thanks! I had noticed that her troops didn't disappear. Cool new aspect of the game. Now I have to hunt down and kill all of their remaining troops after I vanquish their cities!

The more I think about it, the more I like this change. Kudos again to the developers--you kept the best parts of the original and made changes like this that are small but really impact gameplay. Thank you!
