The book 3 list for Later Hungarian p132 says crossbowmen has minimum 6-12 bases and 08 handgunners with a total of 6-16.
However, the new digital lists of 3.1 says 0-12 crossbowmen but 6-8 handgunners. Is this correct and why the change?

There is no errata from Dec 22 as to the change. Which is correct?

The 3.1 pdf downloads supersede the physical book 3 lists.

hello but the March 23 updates for 3.1 is now 6-18 crossbowmen/handgunners with minimum 6 hangunners and 0-12 crossbowmen. This is a change without any mention in the errata. I wish the team knew what they were doing. I have noticed these types of erratic unexplained changes in so many lists without any mention in the errata or any explanation. It is becoming impossible to keep abreast of them in planning army lists.
