Update introduced crash upon loading battlemap

Played the game fine earlier today before the update, after the update I am getting a consistent crash to desktop upon both loading into a saved game and after starting a new game after the video intro completes. The error provided reads as follows;
Renderer.cpp:919: void __cdecl
proxy::video::Renderer::submitCommands(void): Failed to submit to queue, -4 VK_ERROR_DEVICE_LOST
Nvidia drivers for my 3060 are up to date (version 531.41, released 03/23/2023).
