Cannot Update Battle Academy 2

I just bought this last week. It is non Steam stand alone version and upater does not work. Please advise.

is not right it is http://ftp.us.matrixgames.com/pub
then find battle academy 2 in the list and the update zip is there. and it is 104 not 101
