Wizard skill limitations?

Can anyone tell me whether the possible wizard skills you get award at lairs are broken, or just artificially limited?
I have been playing for 3 months now and knocked over dozens of lairs with specials (spell books and wizard skills) as prizes, and replayed many of those lairs multiple times, for literally hundreds of total prizes, and I have NEVER gotten Nature Mastery or Sorcery Mastery. I have gotten Chaos Master ONE time. Probably half of the time I get a skill, it is either Charismatic or Conjurer, neither of which is useful for the way I play. I occasionally get Archmage (which I like) and Sage or Rune Mastery. What gives? Are Chaos/Nature/Sorcery Mastery broken, or does the game place a higher value on them and make them harder to get? The original game treated all skills as equal and their occurrence was random.

Your post is confusing. You ask if something is broken then provide examples that it's not broken. Yes they are quite rare and yes you've been unlucky. I believe the chaos/nature/sorcery Mastery ones require you have the 4 books to be able to get it even as a lair reward which is different from the original game.

Oh, so the game enforces the wizard skill prerequisites on lair rewards!!! Now everything makes sense. Thank you.
I have played the original game so long that I never considered that.
