110BC World Cup

I would like to set up another tournament with a similar format to the 216BC World Cup, and I would like to offer the opportunity for feedback.
I like the date 110 BC. It's in the next century to the previous tournament, it includes the next Roman army list, and I think the Pontic and Jewish army lists are better at that date.
I propose to keep the same system of selecting armies: each army only used once in the competition, players offer three choices in order of preference, and if multiple players choose the same army they get their first choice army randomly.
I propose no allies allowed.
I propose to allow map re-rolls as in The Divisional Championship.
I propose to change the scoring system to something more FoG2 conventional like The Divisional Championship.
I propose to keep the same groups of 4 players for round-robin battles and then elimination playoffs for top-qualifiers, but I will put more effort into making consolation playoffs happen.
Please provide thoughts and opinions. Expressions of interest are welcome too
