Hi players.

The rules for the tournament are as follows:

- Player 1 creates a Continent Medium map, year and country map based on the tournament day.
- Map must have 13 victory hexes, if not recreate one.
- No positive command trait and choose No-Ovestrength.
- No paratroops rules.
- Only the number of VH is taken into account for each player at the end.
- Bonus for fast victory before turn 13 (+5 points).

Does the no paratroop rules mean tht you can't use them at all?

Also, can you fly non paratroop units to airfield hexes?

Or is it ground based only except for aircraft
