[BUG] Reaction shots unnatural accuracy.

I think I have found a bug: I've noticed a disproportionate amount of reaction shots from tanks/anti-tank guns hitting their target at long range. When a target crosses into their firing range from a tile where it was previously out of range, it's getting hit almost 100% of the time, despite normal shots missing more often than not at this extreme range. Weird.
