Tested for both my friend and I, passwords are unchanged but it just pops up with 'unable to log in', no other errors. Been over a week now

I am able to login fine. If you are still having issues then please contact support@slitherine.co.uk and they should be able to help you.

Are you able to see the downloadable content list?

We just want to play a game against each other which we’ve never had an issue until but now both of us get ‘unable to login’ have you done a reset or something? It

Do you see the login screen (where it asks for your login details)?

The server has been running fine since (IIRC) Jan 22nd.

Yes we can both see the logon screen with our saved passwords but it just says 'not logged on' when we click to logon

Your best bet is to contact support@slitherine.co.uk as they can take a look at what is happening with your login requests.

Will do, interestingly it appears it makes no difference what I actually type in the password so it's obv not reaching the server somehow...
