Kriegsmarine Waterplane cant land on Water

I play the DLC Kriegsmarine
i have a question abbout the German Mothership "Greif"
I have a Waterplane Heinkel HE 59 an i would land with them on the Greif Motership but i dont know how?
The Landing sign is not active if i in the near or over the Mothership
The Message in thethe Infobox said: Aircraft cannot land if there is a landing unit on the airfield
But the Greif have not a Plane on it
Next, the HE 59 Plane is a Waterplane but i cant land that on the Water?
Is that a Bug?
